As you may know, Ewell’s Woods on Scott’s Pond has been self-managed by an elected Board of Directors for years. Despite the best intentions from all Board members who have volunteered over the years, it has not always yielded the best results for the community. After careful consideration, the Board of Directors has voted to hire a professional property management company.
We are so excited to welcome to Signature Properties! They will work closely with us to ensure that our association operates effectively. Signature Properties also manages the front section of Scott’s Pond, so we are looking forward to the synergies this relationship will bring.
The management company’s role is to carry out the day-to-day operations of the association and to serve as the face and main point of contact. They are responsible for collecting assessments, paying bills, managing contractors, and maintenance services. Additionally, they assist the Board in all administrative details, handling resident and owner correspondence, violations, and filing of required forms.
Tricia Childress, our community association manager, is available to assist you with any questions you may have about your home including payment information, balance inquiries, architectural requests, submitting ARC requests, complaints, request for documents, or anything else that you may need.
