Board of Directors

The board of directors are responsible for the operational oversight, financial and legal filings of the association as well as maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of the association and enforcing the declaration of covenants, conditions, and restrictions.

We are always looking for volunteers and board members to help with simple tasks and event support. If you are able to help at the next event, help with the newsletter, make occasional website edits or social media posts we'd love all the help we can get! President

Lara Swank has been working with Social Services as a benefits intake manager for over 17 years.  Her second passion is crafting, designing, and decorating. In her free time she enjoys being with her family and friends. She has been a resident of Scott's Pond since 2017.  Lara is serving her second year on the board.

Caitlin Leak is a Director of Leadership Development for Assured Partners. Her passion is helping others in need. In her free time she loves spending time with friends and family, and riding horses. Caitlin is serving her second term on the board.

Ashley is a stay-at-home mom and a Pampered Chef consultant. She has been a part of the Scott's Pond community since 2017 with her husband and four kids.  In her free time, she loves to read.  Ashley is serving her first term on the board.

Carleen is a tax preparation, accounting, and payroll services professional.  She has been a Scott's Pond resident since 2005.  She is an exceptional asset to the HOA.  This is Carleen's second year serving on the board.

Board Member at Large

​

A California native that moved to Scott’s Pond in 2005. It has been her joy to live in Williamsburg and be involved in serving her community in a multitude of ways and in local outreach. She is an avid reader, teacher, kayaker, gardner, cook, and Nana to four grandchildren.
