The Board of Directors is currently asking for volunteers to serve on these committees. If anyone would be interested in volunteering please email the Board through the contact page.

Architectural Review Committee

Architectural Review Committee members are responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of the association and enforcing the declaration of covenants, conditions, and restrictions. They review any applications for modifications, additions, or architectural changes to properties governed by Scott’s Pond Community Association.

Members of the Architectural Review Committee review requests from homeowners to ensure all paperwork & permits are included and correct. Specifically, the committee may: (a) approve a request, (b) request additional information from the homeowner, (c) approve the request with modifications, or (d) deny the request. Committee passes the final recommendation on to the Board for final approval.

To submit a request to the Architectural Review Committee please complete the ARC Request Form. To submit the form, visit the Contact page and select Architectural Review.

Social Committee

The Social Committee members focus on community engagement by planning and executing a variety of age appropriate events and gatherings such as the Hoedown, Luau, National Night Out, Spring Clean Up Day and others. We always need volunteers to help with events, so check out the Calendar and get involved in one or several.

To submit feedback, ideas, or to volunteer for an SPCA event, please visit the Contact page and select Social.
