About the Neighborhood

Scott's Pond of Ewell's Woods is a 196 Single-home community located in Williamsburg, Virginia. Scott’s Pond is situated off of Olde Towne Rd between Richmond Rd (Rt 60) and Longhill Rd. Our neighborhood boasts large natural conservation areas, nature trails, community event lawn, and a spring-fed pond home to fish, turtles and beavers.

Scott’s Pond is a community of diversity, from young families with children, retired folks and all those in the middle. Many of the streets within the community end in cul-de-sacs which keeps traffic to a minimum and makes the neighborhood child friendly.
